Wellness Wednesdays - Extreme Yin

Learn how to go deeper into the postures using energy pathways and awareness of the relation between the organs and our emotions.

Extreme Yin is an in-depth exploration of our inner world. This practice allows us the time and space to travel through traditional asanas while bringing the focus from gross to subtle. The Yin becomes Yang through endurance and stillness.

We will begin each class with a gentle warm up and techniques to activate and stretch the pathways, followed by a deep dive into a slow, intense meditative sequence of postures held for several minutes with cues to go deeper into the mind and the body.

This class is accessible and open to all levels, meditative and grounding.
