Sophia operates under the philosophy that each individual has a unique internal therapist, teacher, higher Self. She is a yoga teacher and LMT. Sophia is the creatrix of a yoga style known as Phlow; combining Bhakti Hatha, Vinyasa, HIIT, and multiple mobility modalities designed to connect students deeper to their inner knowing. She is a Reiki Master of both Ussui & Holy Fire lineages, Level 1 Cranio-Sacral Practicioner, Surf Instructor, Yoga Teacher, and Massage Therapist specializing in Thai, Theta, and Trigger Point Therapy. Sophia strives to help you find your "Wu-Wei," "Hypofrontality," or "Flow State," connecting infinitely deeper to the Therapist within. She is but a conduit for life force to flow through, and recognizes that healing can only take place when Ego steps aside and God is allowed in.
