What was once a small studio in Sebastian, Florida, is now an international school which focuses in subtle alignment anatomy, rich mythological story-telling for a modern world, and a connection to nature. Aligning yourself with an immersive Sophlow experience is to directly open your heart and mind to richer intimacy with your Self, and to place your feet closer, and/or deeper to your individual path.
